The Cabinet Office owned FastStream recruitment site contained a huge amount of IA (information architecture). We mapped out the step by step procedures needed to test all applicants and record these details over a 6 week recruitment time. Applicants were asked to register details and be kept aware of where they were during the application process. We were tasked with visualising every step of the way as well as testing the environment to make sure everything was as easy to use as possible.
